• Replace constraint and shader-based hiding with VRC head chop component for hiding cat in first person.

• Move cat pet contacts to neck to prevent unwanted oscillations.
• Remove transitions relating to levelness check from petting states to prevent logic loop.
• Change mipmap filtering to Kaiser on all textures as per SDK recommendation.
• Unlocked all poiyomi materials to prevent incompatibilities with newer package versions.
